When people can’t find fulfillment in their religion, they often seek it in inspirational books. Therefore, books like The Monk Who Sold the Ferrari, The Perfect Health, The Pilgrimage etc have found amazing success. One common inspirational factor in most wellness and motivational books are their amazing quotes.
The benefits of inspirational and motivational books to our emotional wellness, regardless of age or gender, are extraordinary. The incredible value these words impress upon our minds ignite a spiritual spark or light a fire of hope in our hearts. If you haven’t read an inspirational book, consider doing so to improve your emotional wellness and your relationships.
It is important to read and nurture these inspirational quotes regularly, and before you know it; your life will be transformed.
Some of the major signs that show you are emotionally well are:
You can talk with someone about your emotional concerns
You can say "no" when you need to without feeling guilty
You are happy much of the time
You have people in your life that care about you and whom can call when you need them
You are able to relax and share your feelings with others
You feel good about who you are
Today, most of us are living with degrees of depression, fear, anxiety, stress or just the feeling that there is something more in life without understanding that we are choosing those experiences. The truth is we choose to hold onto feelings of pain, unworthiness or our limitations. The experiences of unhealthy relationships reflect the pain in our heart.
Emotional healing requires that we commit to our own emotional wellness. It requires that we participate in examining our life and choosing how we will live every moment. Our life is a manifestation of how we love ourselves and the key to healing the heart.
Emotional wellness is crucial to both happiness and success in life as only an emotionally well person can lead a good life. But, how do we achieve emotional wellness?
The most beneficial method to boost our emotional wellness is by reading inspirational books as mentioned above. My favorite books are The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success by Dr. Deepak Chopra and The Monk who sold his Ferrari by Robin Sharma as well as The Alechemist by Paul Coehlo: compelling and motivational wisdom written by amazing people serving to motivate and excite the mind, incite the spirit and as a result, goad the body into action.
Inspirational books contain messages of hope and optimism, change and growth, happiness, love and friendship, success and prosperity. All bring ideas of hope, self worth and satisfaction in our lives. All in all, inspirational books ignite the spark that lights the fire in each and every one of you.
