Sometimes people worry a bit when they start using the law of attraction. What if I think of bad things, will they start to happen?
To answer this, you have to look at how you were before you started to train yourself to use the law of attraction. Sometimes you thought of good things, sometimes of bad things, but they did not happen just because you were thinking of them. To make something happen, to make it manifest requires a concentrated but relaxed and accepting focus on the object. A passing thought will not cause a manifestation.
It is true that if you continued to focus on something bad, or unfavourable, or unpleasant, then you would attract it to you. That is why, when you begin to develop your technique of using the law of attraction, it is so important that you keep your focus on what you want, and away from what you do not want. For this to happen as clearly as possible, it is important to take the time to really think about exactly what it is you do want, specifically. This is a great help when you come to direct your focus on to that object.
The reassuring thing to remember is that, certainly when you begin to practise law of attraction techniques, the objects of your desire will probably take some time to come to you. Many people become irritated by this time lag, and either give up, or just criticise themselves for not doing the thing properly. But it is all part of the law of attraction process. And in the initial stages of your law of attraction journey, the time lag is your friend, because it prevents many things you do not want from coming to you.
