Your Peace Centre

When the slings and arrows of life are flying around, you can retain your centre of peace.

By: Judy Merrill
From recent experience I can attest...the storms of life are ravaging so many people, places, things that it is becoming more difficult to retain our own personal centre of peace. Stay the course! This too will pass!

The storms of life (the things we hang onto that cause us pain and discomfort) are transient at best.

When someone finds something else to attack, they will move on. That is the nature of those that attack. No response reclaims your own personal power in a situation rife with so many inaccuracies and lies.

How do we find the peace centre?

And how do we maintain our own peace centre?

Through spirituality of our own soul we attain some measure of peace. As each of us is a work in progress and the lessons of life come in so many ways, we can always go into that space in meditation and prayer. Pray for those that abuse you. They are in need the most.

Then pray for solutions that keep your head and heart in balance. It has been said that depression is when the heart and head are out of balance. The ones who experience the depression and hold onto it as their way of life are the ones in need of the healing thoughts.

Balance is a key ingredient to all life, at any age, at any stage of life. Keep the body, mind, spirit in balance. Seek to keep your own health through the usual exercises of self-culture.

At the same time involve the mind and spirit in your own good will and health. When the mind is out of sorts, the body and spirit feel it. Hold the balance! This is the peace centre.

All things in life take attention and work of the details. When we hold onto painful and/or uncomfortable situations in our mind, we are not learning to flow with life. Flow spirit flow and take along the mind and body. Learn to create your own best life. Manifest all things in positive attention.

Negativity sometimes seems to be easier, but in the long run, the positive is the way to grow and progress.
